This simple phrase has become a mantra and driver for me in the last 12 months, and a call to welcome, and even embrace, growth and change.
When the 10-year anniversary of my consultancy business arrived last April, it was time to reflect and make a plan to be better. Awed and inspired by the creativity, drive and passion shown by my clients in growing and building their brands, I have absorbed critical lessons about handling the hurdles that come with that growth. Finding common themes that define these challenges, I felt compelled to find a way to expand my reach; to share my accumulated wisdom to help to as many owners, managers and teams as possible. And, critically, I decided not to do this alone.
After a year of collaborating with my talented new team members and honing our vision, we are thrilled to announce the expansion of our service and leadership consultancy and a name change to Kate Edwards & Company.
Now joined by dynamic pros with deep experience in training design and facilitation, customer service, leadership development and operations, I am thrilled to be bringing my vision to life and to be able to offer our services to an ever-broadening scope of clients in hospitality, technology and other customer-focused businesses.
In addition to our expanded offerings in leadership development, team training, operations assessments and restaurant opening coaching, I will be able to reach a wider audience as I focus on speaking engagements, motivating teams to strive to be better as a keynote speaker, panel moderator and emcee.
